The company develops End to End monitoring software for network, servers,
applications, incl SAP, Siebel and Databases.

The logo:

The new logo
Same size as the old logo, the new logo
seems larger because of the changes we applied to the proportions.
The new logo is present, more stabile
and the ® does
not turn into some dot when resized to web size or when printed on
calling cards. The calling cards can be printed now in normal size
because the logo does not require 1 total side to be readable.
The arch symbolizes the End to End monitoring capacity of the ServiceTrace
Software therefore bridging the gap of IT Service and the information
they receive to prevent crashes and bottlenecks. The arch is shortened
at the front, which balanced it and the impression that the arch would
tip over disappeared.
The old web site:
The original logo was not implemented into the site to strengthen
brand recognition but a fantasy version was used instead. BIG mistake
when building up a brand.

New product page of the network and application software:
The software focuses on the End Users therefore the concept
is based on the user theme throughout the site. People who work daily with
computers and depend on the LAN, WAN and Internet and well functioning of applications
to do their work efficiently. The performance and availability of applications
and network are monitored and reported and alert the IT Service when SLA
are not reached or bottlenecks in the data transmission are slowing down the
data traffic.
The information architecture is now clear and consistent - information is available
in detail about the software what it can accomplish, the architecture and how
it works.

Calling Cards with rounded edges on one side bringing back the rounded edges
and bar of the web site and the house style font.
The backside shows the arch multiplied. It is
a feature that is unique and will certainly raise attention when the card
is handed over. The same pattern is present as the top bar of the web site.
