- By filling in and posting the search engine submission form on the
web site of Visual Orange hosted on the following URL: http://www.visualorange.net,
an agreement is becoming effective, between the Client (the person or
representative of the company, who fills in and sends the form) and
Visual Orange Co., Ltd.
- Client is ordering from Visual Orange Search Engine Submission Services
as filled in on the form, as a single time service.
- Payment is handled in the following matter:
Client fills in the order form on the following address: http://www.visualorange.net/html/ submissionSE1.php (submission order page). He will then be transferred to the PayPal
web site when clicking the button "Go to PayPal ", where he/she can
complete the payment. After the payment is completed client will be re-transferred
to the Visual Orange Co., Ltd. web site where client can view the confirmation screen of his/her
order form with details of the package and process time.
- When Client is residing in Thailand, Client will have to pay on top
of the price, as stated on the search engines optimization (SEO) web
page, the additional 7% VAT. Total price incl. VAT will then be 18 Euro
and 35 Cent. Client will receive an original invoice as required by
Thai law additionally by postal mail. Thai Client also can choose to
pay per cheque or transfer directly the money into the Visual Orange
Co., Ltd. bank account. Savings account Bangkok Bank Public Co., Ltd.,
Ayutthaya Branch 322-4-590236.
- When Client is residing outside of Thailand no VAT or additional tax is
invoiced and price is as stated on the Visual Orange Co., Ltd. web site.
- If client is in need of an original
invoice, he/she has to request the invoice at Visual Orange Co., Ltd. by
e-mail. Please send your E-mail to: billy@visualorange.net.
If not requested Visual Orange will assume that the PayPal payment slip,
which Client receives from PayPal, is sufficient and covering client's need.
- As soon as Visual Orange has received the payment, the web site of
the Client will be registered at the search engines as described on
the searchEngines.php page within 3 work days. (We are closed Saturday
and Sunday).
- Client accepts that Visual Orange will keep his information in the
Visual Orange database and Client is assured that this data will not
be forwarded or shared with any third parties, but only used for search
engine submission purpose only.
- As a basic rule Visual Orange Co., Ltd. has the right to reject web
sites for registration purposes without specifying the reason.
- Client is aware and accepts that the submission service is for registration
at search engines only and does not include any other additional internet
service, such as improving meta data tags and filling in the titles.
- Visual Orange Co., Ltd. gives no guarantee that Client's web site
will be accepted by all the search engines and web directories where
it is registered by Visual Orange Co., Ltd. There is detailed
information on the Visual Orange web site why search engines do
not accept certain web sites and why, when they get accepted, do not
rank.
- Client is informed that it can take up from 2 weeks to several months
to be listed through all the search engines and/or web directories.
- Visual Orange is not responsible for titles, keywords and descriptions
of Client's web site.
Client is responsible for titles, keywords and descriptions, all links
and the entire content of client's site.
- For damages of any kind Visual Orange assumes no liability.
